Shipping Policy for Covenant Brands

At Covenant Brands, we are committed to delivering your faith-inspired clothing, jewellery, and apparel with care and efficiency. As many of our unique pieces are made to order, we want to ensure transparency about our shipping process.

1. Processing Your Order

  • Made-to-Order Items: Most of our items, including our clothing and engraved jewellery, are crafted especially for you once your order is placed. This allows us to maintain quality and offer unique designs.
    • The typical processing and creation time for made-to-order items is 10-14 business days from the date of your order confirmation. This timeframe is an estimate and does not include shipping time.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: If your order includes items that are ready to ship, these will generally be dispatched within 3-5business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed successfully.

2. Shipping Methods & Times

Once your order has been processed and prepared for dispatch (after the 10-14 day production time for made-to-order items), we use reliable courier services to ensure your items reach you safely.

  • South Africa Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within South Africa.
  • International Shipping:
    • We currently ship within South Africa only.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as national holidays, unforeseen logistical delays, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight/volume of your order.

  • You can view the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout, before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the courier's website.

5. Delivery Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  • It is advisable to provide a physical address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel during business hours.
  • If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the courier may return the parcel to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damages or Loss in Transit

While we take utmost care in packaging your items securely, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us immediately at office@covenantbrands.co.za (within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item or within `` days of expected delivery for a lost item).
  • Provide your order number and, for damaged items, clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product(s).
  • We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue, and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
